DEMO PROGRAM

STEP 1 - SELECT

Select the eligible product you'd like to try, enter your deposit info and we'll ship it directly to your door.

STEP 2 - SKI

Ski it for 2 weeks as much as you want and let us know if you need help getting it dialed.

STEP 3 - DECIDE

If you love it, keep it! If it's not right for you, simply send it back and get a full refund. You'd just pay for shipping!

AFTER YOU TESTED THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS

1. KEEP IT

If you keep the Demo ski, your credit card will be charged the remainder of the demo ski price. Your deposit and shipping fee will be automatically applied toward your purchase. See Demo price breakdown below for details.

2. SEND IT BACK

If you don't like it, give us a call and we'll assist you in getting the ski dialed-in or we can send you a return shipping label so you can pack it up and send it back. Once we receive the demo ski, we will refund your deposit. Your card will only be charged for the $50 shipping fee.

HAS THE DEMO SKI BEEN USED BEFORE?

Possibly! However, all Demo skis are quality inspected before and after each Demo so you'll know you're on a top quality ski! 

If you have any concerns with the demo ski once you receive it, please take photos of the ski and reach out to our customer service department via the Contact Us page so we can inspect the ski before use. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DEMO SKI AND A NEW SKI?

A Demo ski is a perfectly good ski, with a cosmetic blemish/error. Although these blemishes in no way affect the performance of the ski, we separate them from the skis we sell in stores.

CAN I DEMO OTHER PRODUCTS THAN WHATS LISTED ON THE DEMO PAGE?

Unfortunately, not at this time. Our Demo Program includes only products listed on the demo page and are subject to availability. Other skis, boots, soft goods, etc. are not part of this program.

OOPS! I'VE DAMAGED THE DEMO PRODUCT BEYOND REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR! WHAT DO I DO?

Send it back as normal, and our inspectors will determine the best course of action to take. If a ski or boot is damaged beyond further use, the repair expense will be subtracted from your deposit.

WHAT IF I FIND I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE SKI OR BOOT THAN WHAT I'VE DEMOED?

If you're confident in the new size you would like to purchase, you can do so right from our website and we will ship directly to your home. You can always visit an Authorized Connelly Retailer to get the products right away! Check out our amazing network or retailers by visiting our Dealer Locator to find a retailer near you.

If you would like to Demo another size ski or boot for 2 more weeks, you can do that too! The additional order will be treated as a separate Demo order. 

HOW DO I SEND A SKI OR BOOT BACK?

Connelly will provide a return shipping label and packing instructions. 

When you receive the original shipment with your demo products, be sure to save, and do not destroy, the packaging material as it will be needed for return shipping. 

To return your gear, just place included return shipping label over original shipping label and drop off to your nearest Poste Haste location. 

When returning, make sure all parts are put back in the box. This includes ski, VDS tip weight, fin box, fin and wing for skis, and plate, binding component parts, shell and liner for Hardshell system. 

When we receive the products back, we will inspect them for quality/damage for any excessive damage. Connelly Skis NZ reserves the right to withhold up to $750 from the refund of a returned product to cover damage due to negligence (base/fin damage due to running aground, impacts, etc.) 

If damage is found, our Customer Service department will contact you regarding your refund.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Customer acknowledges that Connelly will charge the customers card for $1000.00 ($950 deposit + $50 shipping). If the product is returned in good condition, all but $50 will be refunded to the original card. If the ski is purchased at the end of the trial, the full $1000 will be credited toward the final sale.
